VIVIEN SEARS, a licensed Realtor since 1990 is a strong believer in professional education and since 1998 is also certified as a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, ( F.R.I. ) one of very few on Vancouver Island.
Vivien’s background from the British Diplomatic Service through Human Resources Management of University employees with BC and Federal Government Senior Administration too, brings a unique set of skills to Real Estate and clients benefit from her intuitive, listening skills her patience and her attention to the details.
Vivien has the training necessary to fully understand the process and procedures to completing a successful Real Estate transaction. A former President of the Oceanside Women’s Business Network, member of the Canadian Federation of University Women and a 40 year member of Beta Sigma Phi.
