She teaches essential management skills, which provides clients with the abilities and insight they need to: choose the right tasks, the best processes, and the most efficient tools to manage their workloads. The combination of tasks, processes, and tools determines people’s level of effectiveness. Melody believes, a great hammer doesn’t make a great carpenter, but a great carpenter will always want a great hammer! The great carpenter also requires blueprints and plans in order to know - what to do and how to do it.
