Awareness. Wellness. Education. With more than 30 years of study and practical experience in natural health and self-awareness, my mission is to inspire others to be the full greatness of who they really are. To feel good about themselves, maybe for the first time ever. I walk my talk. I have studied and worked with the body-mind interface for over 3 decades, in private therapy practice and training seminars. The primary modalities I utilize with clients are: Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® – Based on Traditional Chinese medicine and the meridians, combined with Western Psychotherapy. Client remains clothed, reclines comfortably on her back throughout; Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy – based on mindful self-study, the body is used as a resource for emotional/mental information; Relaxation Massage with oil – combination of traditional Swedish and my knowledge of the energetic systems; Acutonics – healing with sound vibration, using tuning forks. Can be combined with acupressure or massage. Laughter Yoga – laughing for the health of it, laughter is the best medicine. A very high vibrational frequency, laughter heals and opens the heart. My clients have included the very rich and the very poor, royalty and working women and men, celebrities, the very old and the very young, those with physical trauma, emotional distress, as well as those wise ones, who are proactively caring for their health and wellbeing. I live and work both in Canada and in SE Asia, where I am teaching acupressure, volunteering and hosting travel tours (India and Cambodia). With an active practice of daily gratitude, I consciously create my life. And the day came, when the risk to remain tight in a bud, was more painful than the risk it took to grow. ~Anais Nin
