This will be an interactive discussion with our panelist with key take away points for you to start the year off healthy both personally & professionally! There will be a $10 nominal fee to participate virtually with 100% of this being donated to Haven House.

Our Virtual 50/50 draw was a big success, and last months winner was Margaret Evans, she won $92.50, and Haven House received $92.50. We will be following the same format for our January meeting,. To purchase 50/50 tickets, simply add your donation amount in dollars to your e-transfer upon registering and we will generate your tickets – every dollar donated will be worth one ticket entry.
