DEBORAH NICOL
REALTOR at MACDONALD REALTY BCDeborah Nicol has successfully developed client relationships
throughout her career starting in 1969. Deb started out in Retail
and Banking and moved into Architectural Design and Drafting.
She received her Real Estate License in 2000. She has a wealth of
knowledge in marketing, sales, and design, as well as experience
in Project Sales and New Home Marketing.
As a resident of the Oceanside area, Deb is passionate about the
environment and serves as a Board Member on the Mid
Vancouver Island Habitat Society and has acted as Race Director for the
River Run fundraiser .
Deborah moved to Parksville in 2008, and is an enthusiastic member of the community. She is
an avid dog owner, and enjoys hiking, painting, and showing her new clients all the area has to
offer.
