VIVIEN SEARS, a licensed Realtor since 1990 is a strong believer in professional education and since 1998 is also certified as a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, ( F.R.I. ) one of very few on Vancouver Island.

Vivien’s background from the British Diplomatic Service through Human Resources Management of University employees with BC and Federal Government Senior Administration too, brings a unique set of skills to Real Estate and clients benefit from her intuitive, listening skills her patience and her attention to the details.

Vivien has the training necessary to fully understand the process and procedures to completing a successful Real Estate transaction. She is committed to quality service with a promise that her personal approach will always demonstrate true care, compassion and trust. Successfully finding solutions to challenges or overcoming obstacles during negotiations to close the deal are her goals. A firm advocate of always doing what is right is paramount to Vivien who demonstrates this principle with every interaction.

Our Arts Community benefits from Vivien’s enthusiastic personal and financial support of Performance and Visual art. She is a Past President for 14 years of The Old School House Arts Centre. A former President of the Oceanside Women’s Business Network, member of the Canadian Federation of University Women and a 40 year member of Beta Sigma Phi. Here is someone fully involved in her community and loving the diversity in her life. A happy Granny since 2013 she loves introducing a little one to the joys of the arts and to gratitude in life!
