Matt Breedlove has been a resident of the Oceanside area since 1984. His Real Estate career began in 1993 and includes sales in Residential Homes, Condominiums, Lots & Acreages, Commercial Real Estate and Project Marketing. Matt is an award winning speaker with ToastMasters , a past member of the Oceanside Construction and Development Association & the Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce and currently a Rotarian.
His passion is selling Real Estate and his enthusiasm comes through in his results. He has been awarded the Royal LePage Diamond Award, recognizing the top 3% of Realtors for Royal LePage Nationally, The Directors Platinum Award recognizing the top 5% of Realtors and The Award of Excellence and is now a Lifetime Member of The Award of Excellence. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Vancouver Island Real Estate Board REALTORS CARE award in 2013 which is among the highest honor the VIREB can bestow upon a member. Motivation and inspiration are two words often heard when Matt Breedlove speaks. After surviving a near fatal brain aneurysm requiring 12 hours of intensive brain surgery, 3 months of rehabilitation and then a year later the death of his wife and mother of his 2 year old daughter, he went on to become a leader as a Real Estate Professional continually finishing in the top percentile for sales and service with Royal LePage since 1993. His enthusiasm and ability to motivate groups also led him to become an award winning speaker with Toastmasters International. His ability to inspire and motivate is a direct result of his adversity and overcoming obstacles in his life.
